The company does not support or oppose any kind of medicine, service system, or ideas of our experts. The company never puts itself in a position to interfere with those features.

We welcome all those who have done commendable work in Ayurvedic medicine, astrology, and spiritual fields to our website. In the process of selecting experts, the company will verify degrees, licences, and necessary certificates. However, the company cannot confirm the recognition or validity of these qualifications.

If you feel it necessary, before receiving a service from an Ayushyogi-listed expert, you are free to enquire about their qualifications, licence, and other relevant information to decide whether or not to receive the service.

We take customer complaints seriously. Any fraudulent case found within the company will immediately trigger a thorough investigation. The company is committed to taking appropriate action and will immediately cancel the membership of an expert if fraud is proved.

Why Share & Get Rewards?

For those who could not pursue higher education in Ayurveda (such as BAMS) but had a great passion for Ayurvedic medicine, or those who could not find a qualified expert to guide them — Ayush Yogi practitioners have been continuously providing training in the field of Ayurvedic medicine, including educational sessions by Ayurvedic doctors, methods of using medicine, chemical manufacturing processes, methods of diagnosis, and many other subjects related to Ayurveda Dharmashastra.

For the benefit of our clients, the company has started Share & Get Rewards to provide financial assistance to those who were unable to access Ayurvedic treatment due to economic constraints.

How It Works

The rewards you earn from Share & Get Rewards depend on the number of times you have clicked and shared, and that sets the limitation on rewards. Most importantly, this will depend on the Google rank of Ayushyogi.com — the higher the rank, the more your rewards limit will increase. Sharing widely on social sites benefits everyone.

Rewards earned from Share & Get Rewards can be used only to pay the monthly fee for our educational sessions or to enrol in selective online courses available on the website. Rewards cannot be withdrawn as cash. They can only be used to enrol in courses and services available on the website, and this offer does not apply to all courses — only those marked as eligible.

Programme Continuity

No formal evaluation has yet been conducted on the overall effectiveness of Share & Get Rewards. If the company determines that the programme is causing economic or practical losses, it will be stopped with immediate effect. Any rewards accumulated at that point will expire immediately, with no remaining balance carried forward.

The company clarifies that any expert or course provider who exhibits irresponsible or illegal behaviour towards Ayushyogi.com or towards our service holders may be subject to legal proceedings, with the full support of the Ayushyogi team. In such situations, any relationship between that expert and Ayushyogi will be terminated with immediate effect, and the individual will be held responsible for any damage caused.

However, if legal process proves that all allegations are unfounded, the company may re-accept that individual into the team. The company makes clear that no service holders should object to the conduct of the company's experts.

Force Majeure

Ayushyogi will not be deemed in default or held responsible for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, or boycott.

Termination

Ayushyogi reserves the right to terminate your access to the website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

I believe Ayushyogi works for the benefit of society and provides social service as much as possible. I believe that through the Ayushyogi website, many people have acquired knowledge related to theology and Ayurveda. I will never hold Ayushyogi responsible for any benefit, loss, or side effects I might experience.
